It was very enjoyable experience! If I recall it correctly, the stages were: - Initial call with a recruiter - Intro with hiring manager - Technical home assignment (i was given a list of small features to develop) - Discussion of the assignment - Final interview covering behavioural questions I heard back about the decision very fast, and my recruiter was very helpful. The whole process took around a month in total. Everyone was very welcoming, and all the interviews were in a very relaxed format

When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.

Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
