Was a very good interview, very friendly boss. Definately a good experience. Would do aagain anytime i came at 12 and was called in very fast after that at 12:10 or so but considering the ammount of candidats that is much fine
The process begins with submitting an application, after which qualified candidates are contacted and invited to attend an in-person interview conducted at the specific store location where the final hiring decision will ultimately be made

When I had my interview the process started with an initial call with recruiter, then call with Engineering Manager where you get a take home project, then another call to discuss decisions made in your take project and finally a behavioural.

Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
