First interview - 20-30 minutes, talking through CV, job description and basic competencies with internal recruiter Second interview - 1 hour with team lead and other member of the team, competency based questions Third interview - 1.5 hours with VP and team lead, half an hour presentation on case studies followed by an hour of competency questions

Question 1
Role was for a specialist position - tested subject matter knowledge and approaches to business change. Have rated the process as difficult but I would probably call it challenging - in a good way!
Very pleasant, but rather quick. All people from LEGO side were extremely kind and helpful, the process however was rushed a bit due to the wish to finalize the position before end of year.
