Straight forward and positive interview process First a high level screening call with a recruiter. Next a teams call with the hiring manager, mainly to learn more about the position. Final interview was in person with manager and team members, included presentation of a weekend project, majority of the discussion however was around the personality/fit side. Left each of these stages with a positive impression. One side that was not so positive was the offer side, lego aren’t very forthcoming with benefits of the position, and it took weeks to receive the contract after accepting the job offer. Please be more upfront going forward, as this it was the only blemish in this whole process.

First engaging with the recruiter for a screening call followed by a discussion with the prospective team and area director. Friendly and engaging with willing discussion of upcoming challenges, pros and cons. Felt more like conversations with colleagues than a formal interview process.
