Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Londres, Angleterre)

I went only through the first stage where you need to answer to 7 questions about your skills and prior experience and record yourself while you do that. The questions are very reasonable, but you have to talk to a camera. I had a different perception of what this company is all about, so was taken aback by the process. I did record my answers, but did that with minimal effort as I strongly disagree with the approach. For me interviews are about connection, and I saw Lego as a company that deeply careers about connections. I hope they will eliminate this offline approach to interviewing. It takes the same amount of time to book a slot through a calendar app and chat with a recruiter for 30 mins, so I don’t understand the rationale behind it.

Very heavy on cultural alignment and 'fit' to the company
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Billund)
Entretien
I had 3 interviews. First one with a recruiter, about motivation for the job. Second with hiring director and an Agile coach and third one with some of the LT. Between first and second I had a case to make and I presentet that in third interview. I really liked the vibe in the interviews and loved that Lars's ( hiring director)focus was to find all my qualities and not what I wasn't good at.
