Entretien
It was a three part interview. First one with HR person and some general questions: why are you applying, are you comfortable working from home, salary expectations. The second part was a presentation for the sales director and iberian director about my plan for Lego in Portugal as a future sales rep. Very thorough questions. They informed me it was just three candidates at that point. After two weeks of not hearing from them I emailed the HR responsible and got an automatic email saying she wasn't working for Lego anymore. Both sales director and iberian manager told me they had no idea how to process was moving forward. Very rude ending and not at all professional. Very disappointed.
It wasnt too bad. Very informal; sat down with manager and team lead - spoke expectations and lego stuff and i really just want to stalk reviews of a compqny im interviewing for

If you could build one lego thing what would it be?
Uitgebreide gesprekken en zeer persoonlijk voor zo een grote organisatie. Vragen wel veel voorbereiding en diverse casussen. In totaal drie rondes gehad tot eind gesprek, hier ben ik niet op in gegaan echter.
