J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Anaheim, CA)
Entretien
I applied through a friend and heard about a month later. There was only one round of interviews and it was fairly straightforward. We talked about things on my resume, went over why I was leaving my other job, discussed how long I planned on being with the company, and went over a role play situation to see if I was fit to make a sale. I was offered the position within the week of the interview.

Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.

The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
