I had the first interview with an outsourced company. This went smoothly, and got an email saying I will have second interview with an engineering lead. Then this lead always found an excuse to postpone the interviews. So I got the message... They did not have the courtesy to let me know they will pursue another candidate. Strangely they reopened the same position in 6 months.
