We disagree with the message that the scandiweb recruitment process is unprofessional or disheartening. We work daily to ensure the experience as positive as it is possible. However, it is worth keeping in mind that scandiweb format is an agency business and attracts a large number of candidates. Especially the Junior Trainee QA position because of its friendliness to IT newbies. All candidates who have received and completed a test assignment are evaluated. That is a promise we keep. There are cases where communication may be disrupted by email filtration. In these cases, we suggest checking the person's direct emails and spam mailbox. Nevertheless, in all cases, we react to all emails and communicate with candidates daily. Of course, this does not exclude technical issues on our side - as all we rely on technologies, we can experience communication disruptions, as well. We do our best to ensure a positive experience with us during the recruitment process.
