There were 2 technical rounds. In both the rounds I performed well and all the answers were correct. But that day they did not gave feedback of my interview as HR went to home. So when I called to HR after 2 days she said I will confirm on wednesday ( After two days) . Now when I called on wednesday she said you are good but your skillset is matched with our requirement.
Now my questions is to the management and the company why you wasted my time ?
If you guys have enough time to take interviews that not means everyone has time or faltu ka time to waste in your company for the interview.
In the nutshell i can say -
No professionalism, No maturaity, No manners,
One thing more - They even not interested to communicate now by email or call.

1 . they asked you very simple php questions and simple program in written exam.
2. interview process: a technical guy(who don't even know about self join) takes your interview.
easily cleared the interview but please cross check the documents because HR always makes mistake in documents.

interview question are very easy. if you have 2+ experience in php you can easily pass the interview process. interviewer don't have depth knowledge of php and mysql.
don't think they going to ask tough programming questions.
