The interview process was fast, engaging, and easy, and the manager was friendly. It was like talking to someone you knew. The manager made you feel comfortable and welcomed. You do not have to worry about the interview process.

The interview was very relaxed and laid-back. It was just me and the manager and she was extremely nice and it was like a conversation with a friend despite having first met her. I walked in and went up to the cashier saying I had an interview and she said to wait a few minutes and to walk around the store so she could set up. I did that and then when she was ready she took me to the break room and we sat down and she explained how Rue21 runs and how the company likes to be perceived, and then continued to ask me how I would see myself in the position after her explaining what it entailed. She asked me pretty basic and simple questions, mainly concerning how I’d react to certain situations or handle them. It was about 15-20 mins on a Monday, and I got a call back on that Friday saying I got the job. Make sure to give specifics for the questions.
