J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez rideOS (San Francisco, CA) en déc. 2019
Entretien
Standard initial phone screen, single question online code challenge, technical phone screen, and onsite. The technical phone screen involved reviewing the online code challenge, as well as my ability to code review.
Onsite had two pretty standard algorithm questions and a system design question, and two behavioral questions. Interviewers were supportive.
Process was very quick considering it overlapped with Thanksgiving.

Question 1
How could you take GPS position logs from trips and use them to improve ETAs?
I was recommended to a position at rideOS in early February. The whole interview process took about 5-6 weeks.
The first interview was mostly centered around my prior experience and how it has prepared me for the role. It was an in-depth discussion on some projects I worked on.
The second round was a standard coding challenge, with two questions.
For the next interview, I was given a dataset to perform and present an open-ended data evaluation and analysis. There were follow-up questions on my implementation and the project architecture.
This was followed by an interview with the CTO and a final cultural fit interview.
I heard back from the HR the very next day and was extended an offer.
The interview process was seamless and very well managed. I was adequately informed about the expected line of questioning in each round of interviews.

Applied through their website, and got reached out to shortly after. Chatted with the recruiter, and then was sent an online coding assessment. Afterwards, I was scheduled for a technical phone interview, which mostly asked me to review this coding assessment and make additional improvements. A few days later, I was reached out to for an onsite interview in their office in San Francisco. I went onsite, had about 5 interviews, including a behavioral, a couple coding/algorithms interviews, and a systems design interview. Also got a chance to speak with the CTO. The next day, they informed me I'd be receiving an offer, and I got the offer details the next week. The hiring manager walked through the details of the offer for me, and then they scheduled a chat for me to speak with the CEO a few days later. I ended up passing on the offer, but I had a great experience interviewing and genuinely enjoyed everyone I met.
