I went through three interview rounds at Radicant Bank. The first with HR was professional. The second, with a potential manager and their manager, was informal but ended with a verbal offer—though I was told the original role was already filled. They pitched a future role instead, saying they wanted me for that. They also did a full background check on me already, asking for different certificates and references which was all completed successfully.
I proceeded to a third interview with senior leadership, followed by yet another verbal confirmation from the same managers that they still wanted to hire me. Therefore, I expected an offer.
Instead, I received a rejection email days later from the HR Officer—citing a lack of client experience, which had barely been discussed in the interviews. The managers who previously gave me two verbal offers never followed up. My email asking for clarification was ignored.
After such mixed messages and no explanation, the experience felt deeply unprofessional, opaque, and disrespectful.
