The interview process was clear and fast. Had a short introductory call with HR, explained everything to me. Then completed a small test project, and after that I was invited to an interview session in their office. Took 90 minutes with the HR team and also with the chapter lead and another team mate. They were very cool people. I had an office tour with them. Plista's office at Berlin is great. The last step was lunch with the team. We went out together and had fun with other team mates during the lunch. They observed my behavior to see am I comfortable with the team and the company culture. I could get an offer very fast. They also helped me a lot in post-interview stuff like getting visa and opening a bank account. I should say I had a perfect experience with the HR team.
