My interview with the technical lead was very direct—we spent the time discussing architecture and code quality rather than generic HR questions. I really appreciated the transparency regarding the company’s goals and the immediate feedback I received after each stage. Cons: The technical task has a tight deadline, so you need to clear your schedule to do it justice. Advice to Management: Providing a small brief on the team structure during the first call would be a nice touch.

The final round was with the CTO regarding product mindset.
