Went through a phone interview first with the manager of the role, then came onsite to meet with the manager 1:1. After that, I came back and met with several employees in the department as a panel interview in which they asked me questions and I asked them questions. Finally, I was asked to meet with several leaders of the org who would be my business partners moving forward. Everyone was very friendly.
