I got a link for a technical test in code force, the test was of the functions that I would perform in the position, 2 alternatives, 1 to write a text, 1 the last era of code. Once the test was done, they answered me the next day.

Me enviaram um teste de programação para ser feito na CodeSignal. Depois de feito nunca mais tive qualquer retorno da empresa. Depois ainda vão reclamar que falta gente capacitada no mercado. Se fazem isso no processo seletivo, imagina como deve ser trabalhar com eles?
