Bill Howard interviewed me and he was delightful and very warm and comforting. I was not discouraged or intimidated. This atmosphere created a great interview and discussion between us and I thought the talk was good. His questions were direct and were appropriate for the job at hand. He didn't scramble around with a bunch of unnecessary hypothetical questions.
