Interview process was fairly simple- 1) Phone Screen with future manager. Pretty simple just informal chat. 2) Random Phone call from interviewers. Asked a few questions, behavioral based. Got to know me better then scheduled an on site interview 3) Formal interview with a panel of current employees. Turned out to be the people I would be working within on a daily basis. Really relaxed and fun. Some more technical supply chain and costing modeling questions. 4) Sit down 1 on 1 with an HR Rep. Really fun and no pressure. Talked about graduation timing, my likes, if I could see myself working there. Overall it was really easy. The only thing that caught me off guard was the random phone call from my interviewers. It was early in the morning and I was a tad asleep.
