I had three rounds of interviews scheduled within two weeks of applying for the role, with approximately one week between each round. The first round was with a consultant, followed by a second round with the hiring manager, and the final round with a director. The interviews ranged from intermediate to advanced in difficulty, with a strong focus on supply chain planning, analytics, and digital transformation. Most of the questions centred around my previous experience, technical skills, and case-based scenario solving.

Question 1
I was asked about what demand planning is, what are the methods/steps followed in it, and what are the models in forecasting. How did you use these to create an impact in a similar previous role?
Aptitude + SQL round conducted remotely. Candidate need to have good aptitude and SQL knowledge. This is followed by interview focused on supply chain concepts. Being updated with current industry trends helps.

Very professional and made me feel comfortable. The recruiter calls you on the previous day to confirm on the time and slot. The entire process is done in the same day which is extremely helpful especially given the current traveling constraints.
