It was an initial telephone interview, with a face-to-face as a follow up if successful. The telephone interview went well and I made it through to the face-to-face stage. I was interviewed by the Hiring Manager and his Manager.

Entretien
Fairly standard interview process, though very elongated. Initial interview with line manager based around work experience and competencies etc as you'd expect but than a further 3 more 'informal' interviews with various stakeholders and senior staff members all largely talking about similar things - team fit, a little experience, knowledge of Agile etc.
