I got multiple calls from ninjacart recruiter. Even I was not interested, but she insisted and also ready to give me to and from cabs from my locations. The day of the interview, I reached 15min before time, And they keep me waiting more than 2hrs for first round itself and the first round supposes to be DS-Algo round as told by the recruiter, but the interviewer was asking all the HR questions like why ninja, what extra you worked on, why do you want to leave your company etc. Then he asked one simple design question and I gave answers to that question seems like he is not well aware of many technologies in Distributed System. After 10min of that round one of the recruiter told me I'm done for the day without any feedback. Even they didn't ask for tea & lunch. On Monday I got a email and with we do not have enough openings, unfortunately, What is they kidding with people and wasting their time and money. SIMPLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DON'T INTERVIEW FOR THEM.

Applied directly, got a call from the recruiter. Cleared the first round, was rejected in the second. Both were PS/DS. Felt the second round was unfair, the interviewer came 10 mins late, and the interview also finished 10 mons early. In between also he was gone for a while. I was able to answer his theoretical question and finish the coding problem as well. Don't really know why i was rejected.
