Its a two-step interviewing process. First is a introductory interview, in which you get asked basic knowledge questions about the government, cabinet, and the nature of the company's work. Then if you move forward, you receive a case study that requires to create an engagement plan and discuss through a online second interview

It was conducted in a professional way. The first interview was mainly about testing the knowledge of each applicant, and second one was a case study. But overall it was a great experience.
