Several phone interviews, through a recruiter. Then with a regional manager, who ultimately worked with me and an executive level. They also did a behavioral test and shared the results after... kind of interesting. Met the manager I would actually work for, that was a positive.

Entretien
Very comfortable process, It was all conducted over the phone starting with the recruiter, I had an hour interview with each member of management, first interview with the Exec.VP of Operations, my next interview was with the VP of Implementation and my last interview was with the COO of nGROUP. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or intimidated by any part of the interview process. I came away from each interview with confidence.

Phone screen, 2-3 face to face interviews and online personality profile. Typical interview questions that were behavior based. Once nGroup decided on a hiring decision I had to interview with the client for their sign off. This would be different based upon the location and client. Overall, it was a rather hasty interview. Kind of abrupt and acted uninterested. I was surprised to get the offer.

Entretien
Fast and easy especially if your qualified. Able to talk with employees and see the facility to have a better understanding of the job and what is involved. Easy going Interview.
