Phone Interview then Zoom Interview. Phone Interview was conversational and a good opportunity to learn about the company and culture. The Zoom Interview was a great opportunity to hear from managers and Support Engineers and to show I was a good fit culturally and technically.
Very positive panel interview. A mix of behavioral and situational questions. The technical assessment was the initial round. The panel took turns asking questions and it was more conversational than rapid fire Q&A.

Tell me about a time you disagreed with a co-worker and how did you overcome it?
I first had a 15-minute introductory phone call with the recruiter, then I was asked to complete a Salesforce assessment, and finally, I participated in an in-person panel interview with three individuals.
Basic interview questions like what’s your process for solving problems, what are you good/bad at. You get to learn more about the position and share about yourself and why you chose nCino.
