I had a phone screening with one of the senior members of the creative department followed by an in person interview with the entire team on site. I enjoyed all of my interactions with the company and was kept regularly up to date on the hiring process. The interview was extremely conversational and relaxed in the best of ways. The on-site interview took around 3 hours. Afterward, I heard a response within 2 weeks time. They also paid for travel expenses to Wilmington. All around a positive experience.
