Got a call from HR: Questions related to family background and tell me about yourself.
Round 1 with PM: Metric change question; tip: be quick! they don't care about your structure but how quickly you can reach to the solution.
Round 2 with SPM: 1.5 hour long discussion; right from school subjects to current company, everything was discussed in detail. He ripped off my current organization's vision and mission.
Round 3: With the HR - About work experience, hobbies, family, funnel optimization.
Round 4: With the co-founder: Now this was really interesting. Pretty cool CEO and has a good understanding of how things work. Discussed user personas and marketing strategies for the product in detail

DAU of a social media app is down by 50%. How would you report this to the CEO?

Entretien
I had 4-5 rounds at MyUpchaar for the position, including an intercity in-office interview. In the end, what I get is a reply saying "re-structuring our business processes" when I do see same opening posted 2 days back. I think I at least deserved an email with proper updates. More than disappointed, I feed stupid of getting involved in such a long tedious unappreciated process.
