J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez monday.com

First step was a peer interview with other members of the sales team, it was completely disconnected with the expectations set by the recruitment agency. The feedback received afterwards was also disconnected based on my expectations vs. their expectations, the role would have been too basic / demotion for me.

Typical sales screen call with no creativity, recruiter with little personality and mundane questions. The recruiter starting the call with stating how little time she had. Very unprofessional and borderline rude. The recruiter stated I was tenured. I'm not sure if she was was referring to my specific experience in the field. I have never heard this during an interview.

After you have the preliminary HR phone call they have you spending HOURS on "tasks". First it was an insane "test" that took about 45 minutes. In the "Test" were the most insane questions like matching shapes and seeing a pattern with the shapes. Then there is the exercise where you create a presentation which took at least 2 hours; this is all before speaking with anyone in person if you even get that lucky. Very backwards, I mean I get it they want to hire likeminded people but common, the test is a bit deceiving. You need to meet a person speak to them, see how they interact etc before making them jump thru hoops. GEEZ
