I got in contact with the company at an event and after sending my CV I got invited to come over to the office for an interview. The HR manager showed me the office and later we talked about my experience in the field and my ideas for their app. It was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A week with no reaction passed, when I suddenly got asked to spend 3h writing a case study. I was told before they used to do that a long time ago and decided to ask for in the application process anymore. Another week passed after I handed in the case study, when I was finally told they decided for someone with more experience.
