During the phone interview, the interviewer erupted at me. He told me that the mOSa Marketing was poised to grow quickly within the next 2 years. I told him that 2 years is a short period of time to achieve significant growth. And he yelled, "No, it's not!"
The company was founded about 9 years ago, and when I interviewed for the job about 2 years ago, there were 3 employees working for it. Now, there are 2. So, obviously his dreams did not materialize. After, the phone interview, I had an in-person interview with for mOSa Marketing the same day with the same person. He could not have been more unprofessional. I had to wait for about an hour after my interview was scheduled to start because the interview room was booked. When I got into the room, I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to print my resume.
I guess he never used a printer before. Then, in the in-person interview, he asks me the same exact questions he asked me during the phone interview. In addition, he used foul language, and talked about his experience as an extra on a music video, which had nothing to do with why I was there. I was in need of a job at the time, but I should have known from the first email that this was likely more of a cold-calling sales job than a research position.
mOSa Marketing supposedly has one client, and I have only been able to research 4 people who have worked for mOSa Marketing in its history. Also, the location for this company is awful and the office looked filthy and tiny. My advice, the economy has improved, stay away from mOSa Marketing.
