First a phone call, then in person meeting with hiring manager and then computerized weird technical exam. I did not made beyond that. They offered alternative options but I decided not to continue as it seemed not the right fit for me. They have an old fashioned approach. they will seat you in front of a computer for like 1-1.5 hours where you get some general question about java mixed with very specific questions of thread management, garbage collection, testing etc. The software interface is very old. using that computer is not a natural setting, at a weird corner. And that keyboard! I felt really claustrophobic. You can see number of people who did that questionnaire before you including the last person who did. It was also very disorganized. The process is not interactive. You are asked to read the question and write down your answer in the form of explanation by typing into that computer. it is all up2 your mood, knowledge on those very specific cases, your writing skills and of course whosever is blindly grading them. Seems like a place with full of people who started to work before I was even born. Very outdated hiring practices.
