Mostly casual get-to-know-you over zoom. Mostly to get a feel for your work ethic and whether you suit the company culture. I talked to the assistant store manager for about an hour in which we talked about my prior work experience in F & B and my current commitments to school etc. However nowadays I hear that group interview are quite common as well.
group interview which consisted of a set of questions including things like "sell something in this room to me" . The interview was popcorn style and not go around the circle.

job interview it was on zoom it was pretty easy but just make sure you know what you are talking about and that you are 18 or older.it was easy sometimes you may have a group interview just make sure you speak up when you can.
All online. There were two parts to the interview that were on zoom and then you went in person. It was very simple and basic questions. You then went and did trainings through zooms.
