Interviewed with hiring manager before having a session with peers without manager there which was strange to me. During this conversation the peers asked a question which I answered, later heard back that they would not proceed forward with me due to my answer to that question - what I had said to these peers was the complete opposite of what they fed back to HR and hiring manager and no one checked it with me at any point before they excluded me from the process. Also asked to put together a presentation and send it over which feels like an opportunity to take ideas without hiring. Extremely unimpressed and was no longer interested. Felt like the peers went with who they liked and who was more similar to them. There’s a reason their DEI reputation is terrible.
