4 questions video recording. Very impersonal. They did get back at me shortly, but I don't feel I had the opportunity for them to get to know me. It's like talking to yourself in the mirror, you feel crazy!

Strong culture and values came through loud and clear with people as priority. Seems that there were high number of applicants which caused some interview process confusion and a lack of basic knowledge of my background but overall a good experience.

Entretien
I expected a better process from a company I respect and am an avid consumer. The process was not inclusive and failed to meet the standards set from their mission statement. I hope senior leaders review these comments to better train their recruiters on how to embody diversity, inclusion and equity.
