The interview process is casual and laid back so I think some people mistake it as being easy. Remember it is still an interview, so stay professional and provide examples to each question you answer! Lululemon is an extremely goal oriented company, focused on growing it's company and employees. They are looking for motivated, goal-oriented leaders who can respond positively to feedback. If this isn't you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
