The first interview was a great experience. It was a group interview with two other interviewees. I was interviewed by two managers (one taking notes, the other asking questions). Although the interview was very fluid and natural and did not present obvious challenge, I do believe it is a more difficult interview as you must deliver very high quality and authentic answers, you must bounce and reflect off other's interviewee's ideas. It is not seemingly difficult, but being great in conversation and having lots of charisma is huge. Be confident, not cocky, answer half of the questions first, don't be too quiet, and note that they are forgiving with conciseness. Your answers need not be perfect, but the delivery should be excellent, I heard back in 24 hours and was asked to meet for a second interview... which is today!

Went to the group interview, was only me and like three other people. Just a couple of typical behavioral questions, in total it took about 45 minutes or so, comparatively easy.

Had 2 interviews, first with one store manager then a second with both. Pretty easy questions and the interview process seemed very kind. Took weeks in between application and both interviews to hear a response. I didn’t end up getting the job.
