I applied online to a bunch of stores, and heard back from two on the same day. Both were group interviews that were very relaxed and fun. Both times the assistant manager said they would be getting back to us that day or the next to let us know whether or not we'd be going to the next stage... I haven't heard back and it's been a week now. I sent a follow up email, but it was ignored.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
