Applied online, then went in for Group Interview with other potential candidates. The interview was about an hour long, and the asked the same question to everyone in a round robin fashion.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.
