I got a call from 3rd party vendor for a position at lululemon. This was followed by 3 interviews with client. Entire process tool around 1.5 months. 2 weeks delay in between. All interviewers kept on asking the same questions. It gave me a feeling that they dont know what they are looking for. The managment team seemed clueless about the field and were just focused on the number of projects.. They dint even know or seemed confident about RPA. After each interview, the 3rd party vendor contacted me for another interview and the reason being " they are not really sure". It seems everyone who interviewed me (even with technical titles) did not know anything about technology or development as a whole. They dint even have technical questions nor were they confident about their own digital strategy. Sad to see such people in technical position (consultants, delivery lead, etc)
