A hippie-style sit on the ground in a circle group interview, led by one admin, asking a generic question, then the circle going around taking turns answering. Relaxed, chill environment, everyone showed in Lululemon clothing. Noticed right away, those who "looked" more fit/athletic/thin got immediate attention and had most questions given to first.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
