The group interview was very laid back. There were three other candidates because one didn't show up.
It was held at the store itself, in the upstairs department, and started at 7am. I would recommend showing up a little early so you get to know the other candidates and make an impression on the interviewers.
Questions they asked were: tell us about a one year goal that you're currently working on, what's your favorite way to sweat? how would you elevate our team? if I called up your best friend right now, what is one strength she would mention about you and one opportunity for growth?
Lastly, I asked them some questions at the end.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
