I answered several required questions online which I enjoyed answering, but made an effort to answer honestly and astutely. Upon arriving for the group interview, in LuluLemon attire, the lead interviewer was at the door. She asked me if I was there for an interview. She looked me up and down without a smile when I replied yes, which I thought was rude. The questions were pointed at goals and making them. I am a very goal oriented person and have run numerous marathons which is a testament to that. I am considered to be attractive and was told by several employees at another LuluLemon store that I would be an excellent candidate. I felt that you could tell at the interview that the two interviewers were more interested in the younger candidates.

Behavioural questions questioning your adaptability, response to conflict and criticism, etc. Valued genuine responses and ability to connect with the interviewer. The whole process was easy and quick. Had an in person interview.

Casual conversation with team manager and store manager. It was very informal with the standard questions being asked, nothing that would catch you out. Was followed up with emails and phone calls but I think this was due to it being a job position for a new store opening.

Typical questions regarding experience and how you would approach certain scenarios. A lot of it was focused on how you would interact with the public both in and outside of the store to encourage sales.

Entretien
The first interview was with a small group at the store before it opened. The second interview was with the same group but we met at a local crossfit gym and did a workout together. After the workout we sat down with the assistant store manager and she asked us some similar questions. The third and final interview was alone with the store manager.

They asked why you wanted to work at lululemon, what was a weakness and strength, how you do being part of a team, what leadership experience you have, how you respond to being led, lots of questions about goals and handling adversity.
