I applied online and received an e-mail invitation a few days later to a group interview that would be hosted two weeks later. The group interview was hosted at the store with a manager, assistant store manager, key lead, and an educator. There were seven other people who showed up. We were asked to make a name tag and fill out an availability sheet before the interview began. The manager asked one of the candidates to leave since her availability was not something that would work for the store team.
Sat in a circle on yoga mats. The store team introduced themselves, what their roles included, their favorite pieces that they were wearing, and their favorite ways to sweat. It was a "popcorn style" interview, so there was no order for whose turn it was to speak. We were asked to introduce ourselves and our favorite ways to sweat. Then the manager talked about personal development and goals... so we were asked what our goals looked like 5 years, 3 years, and 1 year from now and how working at lululemon would impact those goals. Then we were asked to describe a time we were given feedback and a time we were giving feedback... and then another candidate joined the interview 1.5hrs later, so that was awkward. The manager made a comment about the importance of being on time, then she opened up the floor for questions. A yoga teacher came in to start her event, so the interview ended. They told us we would hear back in two days at the latest. I heard back that same day.
The store team spoke about community, but I felt that they genuinely did not care about the community since they focused on lululemon educators getting their fitness classes paid for at the company's expense. There was a comment about how they "basically keep local studios and gyms from going bankrupt" which made me uncomfortable.
The interview was just seeing how well you meshed with the store team.

Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
- Describe a time where you disagreed with something your manager did
- How do you show others integrity and how do you build trust
- In a minute, talk about something that resonates with you
(Generally questions based off experience, didn’t need to be from previous jobs though)
They set a interview in a round table in the food court of the mall and asked every individuals about themselves 5 situation based questions. The interview was very friendly and easy going.

There is only one round with three behavioral questions. The interviewers include an assistant store manager and a guest experience lead, who will assess my skills and experience. It is a group interview, and there are 7 people including myself.
