The lululemon recruiter first screen my experience and expectation through a phone call, and then arrange an in-person interview with the manager for the position. The phone call was quite thorough as the recruiter went through my resume item by item. The in-person interview was also quite relaxed as my manager glanced over my resume with a couple of questions about a few experiences and then started explaining what the job was mainly entail.

the lady was challenging and kept cutting me off, but there was a man to balance it out. he asked frank questions and was encouraging throughout. the interview lasted 45 minutes
