Entretien
Apply online and then attend a group interview (1-10 people). Once you complete the group interview, you will get asked to go one a second one 1 on 1 with the manager where they will go more in depth about specifics with you. I had a face time interview with one manager and traveled 90 minutes for another. Once that is completed they will call/email you with an offer.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
