Apply online, wait for an email from Lulu for a group interview in store, then a group interview in-store with 9 other people. The turn around was quick: I knew I was offered the job the next day. The process is straight forward and helps if you know someone who works for LuLu. Group interviews can be hard but have FUN (they are looking for FUN) and speak up, don't be the last one to answer all the questions.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
