J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez lululemon (El Segundo, CA) en juin 2016

I was given an initial group interview with about 4 people in total. Was originally told it was for a keyleader position but once I got there they informed us it was actually for b an educator position. I had 3 different references on my resume to help me with getting the job as a sure thing. I was called back for a 1x1 interview with the store manager and basically given the impression I would be given the job. They even talked to me about my school schedule and specific shifts I could have. I was given the impression the job was mine. I was then offered to come to yoga class the next morning so they could get to know me better. I went and was told I would be receiving a call the next morning to be told if I was hired. The next morning I was called to be told they went with someone else and they would keep my resume on file for future use.. Total waste of time if you ask me. They make you jump through unnecessary hoops for a retail position at the end of the day.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
