Was a very quick process, I had an online interview and heard back from them on the same day. Asked simple questions about experience and scenario based questions like to do with teamwork and what’s most important when working in a team .
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
The first interview was conducted on Zoom in a group setting, followed by a second in-person one-on-one interview. The second interview took place while walking around the mall, with casual questions asked throughout.

Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
