The interview process was thorough and professional. I went through an initial meet, an in person interview, and a technical assignment. The technical assignment was based on PHP and codeigniter, which I was not familiar with. Declined offer because it was lower than what I asked for, and I was only give 24 hours to decide without room for negotiation. Also the fact that I had multiple offers on the table.
