Very thorough. Owner went over everything on resume and took notes of all my responses to his questions. This employer is big on customer service and being able to handle upset customers and calm them down. Also, they want to hire people who have experience in insurance and who are quick learners and have ideas to help the company advance. There is no sick-days or 401 k at this co. however.
